The archives of these saintly families have been explored through examples of some well-known families. The main problem in this study is exploration of Karaskan sayyids archive. This work focuses on the Karaskan sayyids, a prominent sayyid family in the Ferghana valley, with a particular emphasis on their family archive. At present, only a part of the family’s documents, specifically copies, have been examined. My research aims to delve into the historical documents related to this family, which are dispersed across various locations. The fate of the Karaskan sayyids post-19th century remains largely unknown, a gap that has not been addressed in the limited studies available on this family. By meticulously analyzing these documents, my project seeks to reconstruct the family archive and illuminate the subsequent history of the Karaskan sayyids. This study not only contributes to our understanding of the socio-political dynamics of Central Asia but also highlights the significance of archival research in uncovering the histories of influential families. The results are that there is a varied delivery of student assignments, collecting assignments, some are fast and some are slow, the results of economic learning from the test in general answer economic material also varies. The condition is seen in the learning results that do not reach completeness. Low learning outcomes are related to students' learning style and learning independence. In addition to learning independence, the learning style factor is believed to be strongly related to learning outcomes, namely learning styles. The method used in the study is a correlational study through a quantitative research approach. The design form is correlational. The conclusions in this study are 1) the relationship between learning style and economic learning outcomes is relatively strong, 2) the positive and significant relationship between learning independence and economic learning outcomes is relatively strong, and 3) the positive and significant relationship between learning style and independence is relatively strong with economic learning outcomes. In legal terms, the legal norms governing substitute heirs contain legal dualism because they are regulated by more than one legal norm, namely the Civil Code and the KHI. The problem analyzed in this study is about the distribution of inheritance for substitute heirs based on a legal theory approach. The research method used to analyze the problem is the normative legal research method with a statutory regulatory approach and legal theory. The results of the study indicate that in Indonesia there is a dualism of legal norms governing inheritance including substitute heirs. The purposes of this research are to find out the types of self-awareness of speaking ability the students use in the EFL classroom</em><em> and to identify strategies implemented to solve the students' awareness problems of speaking skills in the classroom.</em> <em>This study is descriptive qualitative research. The participants were nine students from one of the state Universities in Yogyakarta. The data collection instruments were an observation sheet and interview guidelines. Furthermore, the researcher used thematic analysis to analyze the data. Triangulation</em><em> was also used to assess the credibility of the data.</em><em> The results showed that students continue to embrace advice even when it is met with adverse feedback or comments. A subset of students believes that embracing recommendations from their peers will facilitate their future development. By cultivating precise self-awareness, students can enhance their ability to identify errors and effectively use available technologies to enhance their pronunciation and vocabulary. Thus, in the future, when they desire to engage in oral communication, they will undergo enhancement. Furthermore, certain students dared to stand up and present themselves before the entire class while frequently experiencing feelings of anxiety and fatigue. However, certain individuals require further training to enhance their confidence and fluency in addressing the class. Minor behaviors enhance students' self-assurance, influencing their emotional state and averting a deterioration in confidence. Classroom speaking presents many problems for students. Even when they have problems with speaking skills, students try to use ways to improve. Students use YouTube and learning apps to view more native-language videos and improve their speaking skills. This research uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, regularly collecting, critically analyzing, and presenting data and findings from various other studies. This approach is expected to make education more inclusive, relevant, competitive and improve problem-solving skills. Another objective is to evaluate the effectiveness of heutagogy in increasing learning motivation, learner engagement, preparing individuals for complex challenges in a changing society, and academic achievement in the context of an independent curriculum. The results show that the implementation of the heutagogy concept in the independent curriculum gives learners more control over the learning process, and fosters greater independence, creativity and engagement. The purpose of this study was to understand the role of teacher well-being &nbsp;as a mediating factor between principal leadership, and teacher commitment in relation to teacher performance. The population of this study was teachers of SMP Karasidenan Banyumas and the sample was collected using axial sampling techniques and open questionnaires and the sample used was 240 respondents. The findings of the study indicate that there is an influence of principal leadership, teacher commitment, and teacher well-being &nbsp;that have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. In addition, principal leadership has a positive and significant effect on teacher well-being , but is different from the results of teacher commitment which has a negative but significant effect on teacher well-being . The findings indicate that while teachers have a foundational understanding of autonomous learning, their practical application is still in the early stages. They recognize the significance of learner autonomy but often find it challenging to fully encourage students to learn independently. Although they express a desire to modify their teaching strategies to promote independence, they acknowledge the difficulties involved. The study underscores the necessity for further professional development to equip teachers with the knowledge and skills required to effectively promote autonomous learning in EFL classrooms. The data were analysed using software such as RStudio, VOSviewer, and CiteSpace to show trends, networks, and how concepts change in the literature. The most discussed topics were climate change, tourism and sustainable development. The issue of women's empowerment and the role of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) received more attention in recent years. The research also found that coastal entrepreneurship is becoming more holistic, integrating social, economic and environmental aspects. This research shows that public policies should support entrepreneurship in coastal communities, especially those involving women. However, this study only looked at a few coastal communities, so the results may not apply to other areas. Mail forgery can include various types of documents, ranging from personal documents such as identity cards and passports, to official documents such as certificates, deeds, and financial documents. This research is normative research that studies the purpose of law, values of justice, validity of legal rules, legal concepts, and legal norms. The source materials used in this research are primary legal materials, secondary legal materials and tertiary legal materials. Primary legal materials are the Indonesian Criminal Code and the Dutch Criminal Code. Furthermore, the data collected is analysed qualitatively. Indonesian law regulates related to the criminal offence of document forgery can be found in various laws. Among them are: Article 263 of the Criminal Code, Article 264 of the Criminal Code. In addition, Law Number 24 of 2013 concerning amendments to Law Number 23 of 2006 concerning population administration regulates the falsification of population documents such as KTP and birth certificates including deeds. As for the Dutch Legal Aspects, it specifically regulates Article 225 of the Dutch Criminal Code regarding forgery of all forms of documents that cause harm to others can be penalised and fined.
